Work, work, work

Santiago Street
Ahh, isn't it just gorgeous?

Behold!  The latest completed project in the Pearl Painting portfolio.  I am serious when I say a completed project is a little celebration.  And it is, it's the culmination of the vision of the very astute and color focused property owner, and the crew at Pearl.  And this lovely home on Santiago Street is our newest addition, we are so proud.  I have a little tear, excuse me while I find a tissue.

Sorry I couldn't get closer photos of the columns, but I think you can see the nice reflection of that smokin' hot golf leaf treatment around the windows.  It's subtle enough to add just the right touch, the scale is perfect to take the treatment well. The gold compliments the lovely light coffee color of the exterior, and the cream trim adds the perfect contrast.

Our client was willing to take a tiny little leap of faith when we suggested the gold leaf window detailing, and after the first window was completed, they fell in love with the results.

From then on it was hell for leather and we completed the project ahead of schedule.  We're good like that.  Even though the application process of the gold leaf is pretty meticulous, we got the job completed.

The weather certainly helped the process, but then again, YEAH, WER'E THAT GOOD.
