We need a storage space in Mira Loma or the Lower Haight!!

Ahh the good people of San Francisco, I'm reaching out to your good natures to assist me and Pearl Painting.  We are fortunate enough to have all the tools and materials we could ever need; but the back swing to that fortune is we are bursting at the seams!  We desperately need storage space now.

I have a scaffolding system (similar to the photo on the right) that we use, which needs a home.  Is there anyone in the "blogosphere" who can offer a long term storage space rental, ideally 20' x 20' or even 20' x 40' which they are willing to rent?  We need it to be in Mira Loma, or the lower Haight areas (or very close to them) and would store scaffolding systems, brushes, drop cloths etc.  In a perfect scenario, it would be street level so a garage would work perfectly.  We need it to be secured where only you and I would have access, and I would hope access to it 24/7 (but mostly 6am to 6pm, I just want to be comfortable to access it on weekends if I need to).

So if you can assist with this storage space search, I'd be grateful.  I have checked out storage spaces, but the ones I have checked out are a tiny bit too far away.
