New Credentials

So as some of our current and repeat clients know, Pearl Painting had painted historical San Francisco homes and buildings.  But to add to our list of available services, we are proud to announce we have recently been awarded the EPA's "Renovate Right" certificate.  

Federal law requires contractors that disturb painted surfaces in homes, child care facilities and schools, built before 1978 to be certified and follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination.

Before starting a new paint project, you should always ask to see your contractor’s certification!.
