Stucco photos as promised

Sorry for the delay  but we can blame the lovely San Francisco fog for blocking the views of recent projects.  That and it took me a while to remember where I put the camera.

So as promised here are a few photos or recent stucco jobs Pearl Painting has completed and we are all pretty "house proud" of how they turned out.  Every member of Pearl Painting takes this pride in our projects and our results speak volumes.

I'm happy with the results, they look so polished and have great curb appeal.  What are your thoughts?

Both of these homes were completely prepped, tinted stucco applied, windows trimmed and the face lifts gave a whole new youthful feel to the properties.  It's another great example how color can change an atmosphere, an emotion and a perception.  It seems so simple, and the payoff is huge.  Change a color and change a property.

Church Street

Each of these properties also had some challenges with weather, but the final result makes each little weather challenge a non-issue.  The renewed energy and renewed feel of a property after a painting face lift, makes all effort worth it.
