"We have had Pearl Painting paint our home and two other of our rental properties. The work was done carefully: surfaces were well prepared and artfully painted. It is a pleasure working with Quinsy and his attentive crew. We now consider Pearl Painting "our painters"."

"Quinsy at Pearl Painting: Good work! Good price! Good guy! Gets the job done."

-- Property Manager
"I own a four-unit Victorian building at Lily Street in San Francisco, and in November 2008, I had Pearl Painting paint the exterior front and sides. I got three bids and Pearl Painting was the lowest, which included scaffolding, netting and my choice of paint and colors.
This company was recommended by a friend who has used him before and I had seen his other work. I also told him to put a sign on the building indicating Pearl Painting did the work. They did an outstanding job, finished on time, cleaned up and the painters were very courteous.
My tenants are also very pleased with the quality of the job. Several neighbors made similar comments."

-- Homeowner & Landlord
"Quinsy and Pearl Painting are that rare old fashion painting company that aims to please and then some. He came out to my property on time to bid the job. He was courteous and professional. His explanation of the job, materials and costs were first rate. I knew exactly what to expect.
We had to wait for good weather and true to his word, the first nice day, Quincy called to say his crew was ready if I was. They did a terrific job of putting up the scaffolding, preparing the building, applying the paint and leaving the property “broom clean”.
I had let my building go and it needed wood replacement as well as paint. His crew replaced the wood taking the necessary steps to weatherproof it, glazed the windows, and put galvanized flashing above the windows and doors. I am definitely going to use his company again."

"Prompt and fair bid on the work, which was interior painting of ceilings, moldings, built-ins, doors, and walls of living room, dinning room, two hallways and two bedrooms. Excellent job; listened to what I needed to have done and completed the project in a professional and timely manner."

"The employees were a pleasure to have around. They finished the job for me on time. They were quick, professional and clean. They were always there when they said they would be. Their workmanship was excellent. We are very pleased with the results - as are our neighbors.
Thank you, Quinsy."

"Quinsy, I am grateful to you for working so conscientiously with me to schedule the job at a time convenient to me. While your crew was extremely professional, I was also pleased that you checked with me throughout the job to ensure everything was going to my satisfaction. Your painters respected my property, and they did a wonderful job of cleaning up at the end of each day. My property looks awesome. I highly recommend Pearl Painting to any prospective client who wants a superior job done. Thank you again for being the kind of company I can trust to do the finest job possible."
